I just got back from New York, and there is an application underway for building a 75,000 seater stadium in the heart of the city, to be built on top of a 10 storey conference centre. Of course they have the same problems as us with local nimby's saying they will fight this application all the way, but to me it seems a great idea and if the worse happens and we don't get Falmer, is it not just fisable that when the Brighton Centre is demolished in conjunction with the council could'nt we stick a 30,000 seater stadium on top of the new Brighton Centre, i will try and get the pictures scanned on to here in the next day or two.

With Butters booting the ball over the stands, I'm not so sure it would be good idea for the pedestrians at the base of the skyscraper!

drive to the harbour, park up and get club speedboats to the end of the pier and walk, and they could install a massive conveyor belt for the fatties who cant do stairs

why is the Brighton centre going to be demolished ? I know its shit, but I didnt realise there was anything wronfg with it per se ?
