You need to upload your photo to some webspace then link to that photo on NSC.
Go to http://imageshack.us which is a good hosting site. Try downloading the Imageshack image quickloader from here: http://reg.imageshack.us/isql.1.0.32.msi
Once you've installed it, you can RIGHT CLICK on any photo on your computer and choose to upload it to Imageshack
To show a photo on NSC you type in the address and surround it by and [ /IMG] (remove the space!)
