Help - trying to buy Blackpool ticket through club website

Trying to buy one extra ticket (for someone in my F&F account) and I get all the way through and its asks for a promotional code. Why the hell do I need one of those, they're on general sale, and I don't know what the bl00dy promotional code is, or is meant to be.

Can anyone help quickly please?

CNt you leave it blank and go straight to checkout? I've seen that box but ignored it and gone straight to checkout without any issues...

I had similar problems when trying to buy Charlton tickets the other day (after they had finally been put on general sale, a day later than advertised). I ended up having to call the ticket office from abroad, and placing the order by phone.
