Help RE: Contacting Brighton & Hove LEA

Fellow Albion fans,

I need to contact the local education authority for Brighton & Hove to let them know I have left university and after rigourously searching through the council website and endless Google searches I cannot find a contact address.

If any of you guys could help me out I'd be very grateful. I'll even put up with any 'tax-dodger' or 'drop-out' jibes you want to throw my way!
