Nothing to do with the Albion, but is anyone having problems with their email via Blackberry?

My Blackberry Enterprise Server is 'Not Connected' and I can't sort it out. Apologies if question is dumb but I am the wrong side of 40 to deal with this!

Have you tried switching it off and then back on again?
