I’d be interested to know which of us has to pay to be at their Christmas Party and who gets it paid for by ‘the company’. Being public sector I have to pay in entirety for my food, drink and DJ.

Being a sole trader with no employees I have to pay in entirety for my food, drink and stripper.

Our work party is on the afternoon of Friday 13th. I'm catching an overnight flight to the UK straight after that. If all goes to plan I'll drink just enough alcohol to knock me out on the flight, but not so much that I'll wake up with a raging hangover somewhere over the Atlantic. It's going to be tricky.

Obviously uni education not working for you???

Excellent, is what I was said in replying to HWT's quote to me.

My nephew is loving the time off from Sussex Uni, courtesy of the striking staff, meaning he's enjoying the time off.

That's all he needs is more time off, meaning the students get enough free time off, which doesnt help having the extra time off.

Is that clear enough for you, or would you like me to explain in pictures???

My university education worked very well for me albeit many years ago.

I won’t respond to your other comments and being emboldened detracts rather than adds to your rhetoric.

Your penultimate sentence however takes a bit of working out.
