Has this happend to anyone else?

I went into the club shop on Last Friday, to get my season ticket replaced so it actually says N1D instead of W3A, They said it will be sent to my house but it hasnt yet.
And instead of my season ticket here they have sent me a paper ticket to me for the spurs game
Im just a tad confused!

You'd have to search but I have no idea what unique word(s) would lead you to it I'm afraid. All I remember is pretty much what you've said - that cards will be re-issued.

Yeah they said on friday that they couldnt do it there becasue only one person knew how to do i and he wernt there? so im still waiting

I went up to the stadium last weekend. My smart card reads W3A instead of N1D. The lady behind the desk said it would still work.

So I have left it with W3A still written on the front, because I did not want to take the chance of a new card not being delivered on time which is happening in your case.
