Am sure a few posters on here have been landlords before actually...

Of the Harveys pubs looking for tenants I have only visited the Swan in Midhurst, If i were to run a pub it would have to be a Harveys pub.....

The upsides:

Free Beer
Free Nuts
Having lock ins
Employing barmaids


The Downsides:

Cleaning the bogs
Working 7 days a week

Harveys always used to do something where you had a book with each of their pubs in and if you went there they stamped the book. When you had visited them all you could trade it in for prizes. The more times you did it, the better the prize.
