Nicolas deserves to be in the team every week, although I wouldn't want to drop any of the current three. Hammond is a bit unlucky, as he's done well when played.

Reid would be ideal, he's a better passer than both Nicolas and Hammond but that would depend if El Abd is ready to make the step up to wing-back, and I'm not sure about that. The other two are pretty close.

El Abd was taken off in the away match against Derby.

I expect Nicolas will play. I would be inclined to play a proper pair of full backs and put Reid in midfield. I am not impressed with Nicolas. He is the obvious replacement for Charlie Oatway though.

Hammond gets up and down the park more than Nicholas and has a height advantage.

Nicholas wins it in midfield more. If we want to put out a team to beat Derby its Hammond, if we go cautious its Nicholas IMHO
