Hammann nearly did his research right. I did my own research in the potentiasl spectators available for each club in all four divisions.

Cardiff came out a clear leader by quite a long way, almost double the potential of the Albion (who were in the top 20).

The only trouble is for Hammann is they are Welsh :lolol:

The bottom line is by today's 'Sugar Daddy' standards S.H. is a pauper. Ever since the Chelski revolution it's become apparent that you have got to have a SERIOUSLY rich individual or else Corporate investment. No I don't like it either. Even when we get Falmer to progress further we'll need more investment - and I'm not talking about a measly couple of million from a Health Club owner. Can we survive solely by rasing and selling youngsters? I'd like to think so but I have my doubts.

During Man Utds SERIOUSLY dominant years they did it off the back of signing Cantona and bringing in a shed load of 'fledglings'

True enough, but again that was before Chelski and before the big clubs became effectively World XI's. I would love it, just love it (copyright K Keegan) if we could do the same.
