Apols if this has been done before, but couldn't find a thread covering it...

Wanting to take a mate to the Newcastle game on 4th May. BHAFC app says tickets are onsale '1st April' without any time indicated. Is there a regular time the sale window for guest tickets opens?

Don't forget every fan has to have their own number now I believe.
This is easy to do and you can set this up using their email address, just need them on the phone at the time so they acknowledge email.
Add them to F&F and done.

Weird. Am getting told I can't buy them...
Your friend needs a fan number and you need them added as Friends and Family. Then at checkout you assign the ticket to their name. Guest tickets changed for this season and are no longer in the STH name.

Not sure about the 'needing them on the phone' bit. I wanted to add a friend a while back. He had to sign up himself and get a fan number which he told me was a fiddly process on a phone as he couldn’t see all the menu options. On a laptop screen it was clearer. Anyway, he got his fan number and I was able to add him.

Sorry, meant that you can do all the stuff but need the guest to call you with his new fan number. Think that how it works.

I just bought 4 guest tickets for West Ham and went through this process with my mate, partner and son. Yep.

- Your guests all now need to have fan numbers . This is free - its not a A+ membership - and requires them to register with address, DOB, email, etc.
- When the Fan Number is created then you add that to your Friends and Family (you'll need their fan number + surname + postcode).
- Then when you buy the tickets - you just assign them to your guests in your Friends and Family list.
- You pay.
- You then get sent an email with all the mobile tickets for download - which you can share with them - and they will be assigned with your guests names.
- ST Holders get up to 4 guests for most games i think which is decent (except your Arsenal/Chelseas/Man Utds etc)
