Brain dead MUG SHEEP
OK, so lets have some nominations then. What are your favourite DEATHS in a film ? The film itself might be cack, but does it have a particularly memorable death in it ? Doesn't have to be grisly, necessarily.
Saw a good one last night in Inglorious Basterds during the Hugo Stiglitz intro-montage, where he sits on a nazi's chest while he's in bed, and forces his fist and half of his forearm down the unfortunate mans throat.
I also liked King Kong (the Peter Jackson one), where the enraged, lovelorn gibbon breaks open the jaw of the T-Rex, then wobbles it about a bit for good measure.
And one of the most CHILLING I think was when Hannibal Lector handcuffs the police guard to the corner of his cell, then calmly and quite serenely beats him to death with his own truncheon, with gentle classical music playing in the background as the blood sprays onto his white shirt (and then skins him and strings him up for good measure).
Others ?
