Argos have a great deal on the Xbox 360 at the moment. If you want one for yourslef or have little 'uns wanting one, you'll probably not get better than this before Christmas.

For £249.99, you get:

- Xbox 360 Premium Pack (£249.99)
- Xbox 360 mega pack - steering wheel with separate foot pedals, wired controller, DVD remote, faceplate and stand.(£69.99)
- Halo 3 (£39.99 or so)
- Choice of any other game from a list (£19.99 - £39.99 depending on choice)

Basically, a saving of £140 or so.

woolworths better imo,for £289 extra wireless controller ,plus 4 great games,plus unless your into racing games,i find the steering wheels a waste of time,like on most formats

Strikes me they're trying to flog off dodgy stock on the cheap, and it isn't even that cheap.

In fact now the PS3's come down surely it's a no brainer which to go for. Although I admit there is a sparsity of games for the PS3 right now

Nope. Most places are selling v2 360s now (with HDMI port). Available for under £200.
