El Presidente said:Conclusion: Graham Barrett came to us on loan, was not very good, but at least tried his best (unlike a certain Mr Kitson who was probably the most talented player we have had at the club for the last ten years but is undoubtedly a wanker of the highest order).
He said he enjoyed his stay here, but chose to sign for Coventry, no loss to the Albion to be honest. However for this 'crime' some of the singing/whining stand chose to give him some verbal, and when Cov scored he told them to f*** Off.
This apparently makes him a wanker.
El Presidente said:The reason no one liked Kitson is that he never acknowledged the fans, (even after scoring the winner at Reading), icould not be arsed to warm up with the team prior to matches, in the words of the manager (Coppell) had "mysterious" injuries that the medical team struggled to disgnose, with the clear inference that they were more in his head than in his body, had more skill in his little finger than most of the squad had in their bodies but preferred to spend his time playing snooker and popping down to Ladbrokes.
Barrett was a headless chicken who in my view is not good enough for this division, but then so is Gary Hart, who also has a dodgy temper, does not score many goals any more, but I would never call him a wanker and I appreciate him because he never stops trying.
Football is an emotional game, if you had been getting the 'reject/rubbish' stick for an hour from the Withdean whiners how would you have reacted when Cov scored? Just because he told the stand to 'f*** off' it did not make him a wanker, thats all I am saying.

spot on i was so excited when he made his debut at selhurstEl Presidente said:Not all season, when he signed I was made up as have always rated him as a skilful and intelligent player, and I think most other fans were also behind him.
The stories that came from the club itself, via Coppell and other leaks, turned most people against him.
