Seem to be just the generic ones at the moment.

When Google takes a look at the site - context-sensitive ones will start appearing - could be very 'interesting' on some threads!

By a moderator or admin deciding that a thread is worthy - ie a user has requested it, it is important or it is believed to be of significant interest to warrant making sure it does not slip down the board.
