Cullip for £50,000 or Zamora for £100,000?

Bobby got the goals, but Danny has been a rock at the back for years..helping us gain championships through strong defensive performances..Bobby got the much needed goals and we sold him for alot, but Sir Dan has proved years of service. Without him at the back we would not be where we are...but then the same can be said of Bobby...can't it?

So, whos better value..Cullip or Zammy..

Don't think it's possible to choose one over the other. They have both been fantastic value for money

I'd say Zamora just, he was a class above anything in divs 3 & 2 and went on to be a premiership player (briefly).

That is not to doubt Cullip's input as the man is a legend of the highest order and a great leader.

It would also appear from the poll that I am in the minority

I now feel a bit of a git, having been the first to vote and going for Danny.

It is a hard choice as both were excellent signings, I just feel that some of our defensive performances last season were down to Danny (and Guy), working with two young and inexperienced players alongside them, they turned in many excellent displays and provided solid ground on which to build a promotion bid.

Has to be Zamora as we won't make a profit on Danny.

That's the reason I voted Danny.

 hard question. had to go for zamora though. you have to say zamora must have scored more goals than danny had prevented in the same time....but danny is still magnificent as shown today!

Yeh but its not all about goals, either preventing or scoring.

Its teamwork, not sell on price! Its the years of commitment and hardwork, without suddenly giving up and thinking your bigger than the club and you want to go to the prem..

currently 5-5...tough call.

Bobby ... just - it takes a heck of a player to score 30-odd goals at any level, and to do it twice is awesome. Without wanting to detract from Danny, who is a legend, and a great defender, it seems it is easier to find a solid centre back than a prolific goalscorer. But BOTH are legends and bargains

I voted for Danny because there is another dimension that hasn't been mentioned (although teamwork has) and that is his role as skipper.

He leads by example and when he is injured the team loses not just a defender but a motivator as well.

Also cost half what Bobby does...that needs noting.

Albion Defence...Cullip Lawro Foster....

 9-7 to Zammy though.
