Can walk from Anfield in 30 mins and Goodison 20. I have learnt to do it in order to make 17.47 train with a stop off at Sainsbury’s for alcohol included.

Impressive. Not sure I’d want to take your route in day light never mind in the dark. Must cut right across the Everton district. I play it safer via Great Homer Street and haven’t missed the 17.47 yet (though had a close shave last season)

Driving - not given it much thought as to where I'll be parking. In the mix somewhere no doubt.

Any northerners/scotch folk driving down southbound the M6 to the game tomorrow? Note that the M6 is closed J33-J32 (Lancaster - Preston). The diversion is down the adjacent A6 so there will be major delays....

Bring your waterproofs. Going to be a wet walk by looks of it.
