Perahps that is why you post on here and Gus sits on the bench. Murray creates a lot of opportunities for others, what we need is a man to capitalise on those chances as a strike partnership like in days gone by Toshack who made the chances and Keegan who put them away.

If we lose Glenn we need TWO new and very good strikers for any chance of going up. Scoring is a very small part of his game, a few people don't seem to realise he is a SUPERB all round player with a lot to his game.

Can't see Glenn leaving. But if this is the case, then I say Clinton Morrison or Charlie Austin?

Austin won't happen, too expensive, we won't pay above 1 million for a player yet.
Morrison again, can't see that happening, playing regular football for Shef Wed and can't see them wanting to offload any players to a fellow promotion rival.

Because if he will not sign a contract he goes for nothing at the end of this season.

Is it not better to try to get him to sign a nerw contract by negotiation.

Absolutely but with the blissful silence on this I am assuming nothing is happening however we should all remain hopeful.

Looking on the positive side is not 'this blissful silence 'not the way that TB and Gus work. rather than shout from the rooftops of what they are doing and who is isgning what.
