personally it sounds all a bit deliberate, father and son probably wanted to wind up albion fans and got what they deserved - verbal abuse,

However if this 9ft kid really does play for palace, he should have been left alone as his life is allready bad enough :lolol: :lolol:

As has been said earlier, It's a security issue that should have been picked up by the stewards at least. Right or wrong, is provacation as the outcome has proved. I cannot understand how he was allowed to get in wearing it. If I had seen him I would have had a quiet but firm word pointing out the risks. :nono:

Not being funny but stewards are not necessarily football fans, and may be completely oblivious to CPFC badge etc etc. If it was covered up with a programme even more so.
It was howevers completely idiotic in the first place to attempt this stunt and deserve all the abuse they got

Agree with you Aberdeen. Where do these stewards come from? They don't look like they know anything much and don't look local. ???

Don't look local?

You'd have to be totally unaware of the game of football not to be aware of local rivalries. The stewards are paid to read situations and prevent trouble. Can't believe someone didn't stop the kid earlier.

Surely we are all adult enough not to hassle a 15 yr old child trying to become a professional footballer. Whilst I agree it isn't the cleverest thing to do I do think people should've let it lie.

I'm sure he'll get his own back, probably turn up playing for Palace against us in 3 or 4 years years and score the goal that gets us relegated or something.

Have to say a fully grown bloke having a go at a fifteen year old kid is bit sad though.

Starts as a few rude words - finishes as two Leeds supporters dying in Turkey.
