Going to do something spectacularly stupid tonight...… decanted two kilner jars of Slow Gin that I had left standing/steeping since October last year ! Have four cans of Ice cold Scrumpy Jack and I'm going to use the discarded Sloes to spice this for genuine Slider ! Wish me luck !

Last night at Brooksteed I was drinking Lost Piers Amarillo & Simcoe Juicy IPA absolutely gorgeous ! There's so much to love about beer !

They have a Ripple Raspberry Stout on now, wish I’d stayed in Sussex, would have liked to have tried that.

Drop of the local Sussex fizz again for me...Plumpton brut classic NV. very good quality! Well worth a go and reasonably priced.
