Albion made it four victories in a row at home – with another 4-0 win.
The Seagulls did all the scoring in the first half as they put a brittle Leeds side to the sword.
They repeated their 4-0 winning margin at Bristol City six nights ago thanks to two goals from Tomer Hemed, a soaring Lewis Dunk header and an own goal.
Hemed calmly chipped in an 18th-minute penalty after Liam Rosenior was fouled by Scott Wootton.
Then Liam Cooper poked the ball past his own keeper looking to deal with Sam Baldock’s break into the box.
Albion were on cruise control in the second half and Leeds played some nice stuff outside the box – but without real threat.
And the hosts had penalty appeals waved away late on as sub Jiri Skalak was eased off the ball by Bamba as he attempted to go around the keeper.
