Can we expect the same. The guy has been an inspired signing IMO but will he still produce the goods next season.

Forster is an experienced pro and i fully expect him to score 10-15 next season. I think the real question is how will Murray perform in his first full season?

He is without doubt one of the best Albion players since 1997. A talent that should be playing at least Championship footie. We are lucky to have him. I'm hoping that Murray and him are THE strike force of league one next season. No reason why they can't. They've got the talent.

Why 1997? I know they were heroes and all that, but being honest they weren't really that good, were they....

No reason other than it's a convenient point at which to draw a reference - from when we stopped playing at Goldstone. And you're right. Forster woud have walked into most Albion sides of any generation.

I reckon 35 goals between Forster and Murray next season

Need the midfield to chip in with a few and we should be in the playoffs this time next season

I would fully expect Murray to score more goals than Forster next season....with Forster scoring at least 15.

History shows that strikers will keep scoring no matter what their age, Shearer, Sheringham, Beardsley as long as they keep fit! 34 is f*** all! Forster will be top knotch next season!

Dean Windass is now 40 and he's been banging them in for Hull, if you're good enough age means little.

Just chuckling at Charlton
He is a very good player and has scored goals wherever he has been, and for £75k has been an absolute steal for you. He may be on a few clubs shopping list this summer, the promoted sides from League 1 may be sniffing around.
