Former Albion academy prospect is having a trial with Leicester City

Charlie Coppola was in the Albion academy up to U-15 level (2013-14). Still only 16, he is now at Lewes and has made 8 first team appearances this season (including being involved in each of their last 3 league matches).

He has started a trial with the Premier League leaders:-

Apparently we chased him more than once.

Played against our U18s this year in the Ryman youth league and was distinctly unimpressed myself.

I know my colleague rates him highly though.

I think it was more the other way round (apparently), as he was more interested in his studies.
