Just wondering if anyone could tell me if the videos are different on seagulls player compared to the app.

The app is 10 quid a month opposed to 40 for seagulls player.

I'll stick with the app if the content is the same, otherwise I'm gonna subscribe to the player.

But don't want to waste unnecessary money.

Hi I have the app and paid for videos. It is exactly the same as seagulls player but you don't get the match day BBC Sussex commentary. I Think its great value.

Do you mean a year rather than a month?

Also, you won't get extended highlights (20 mins plus) on the app?

I dont pay for the monthly thing on the app but I've highlights and videos still :s do you get extra ones or something

Yes you even get the really extended ones. Like if you really wanna watch 22mins of our trip to West Ham.
Seriously, it's great value. Whatever appears on the online player, appears on the app.

Sorry to bounce the thread, but is anyone else having problems with the app?

The news hasn't updated for a month, and the videos are all over the place.

I've reinstalled it plenty of times.

Could be either you need to purchase this season's content or if you have you'll need to go to My Club, click on that cog thing in the top right corner and take a look at Manage Subscription to see if it's all worked okay. If not reinstall the app and go to Manage Subscription again. This will hopefully fix it.

My content stopped a week ago and it was because my yearly direct debit subscription didn't register properly. I carried out the reinstall and it is now fine.

PS it's a great app isn't it?

When you reinstalled did you go to Manage Subscription though? This might be where the problem lies.

No. It's a bug that the FL are aware of. Fix and update coming late next week

Picked my favourite team and reinstated my subscription.

It says to reinstall the app when I first open it, which I have done.

But as said above, if there's a fix due, I'm happy.

Delete program then reload, go to manage subscription then it is fine just done it twice for iPhone and iPad..

Tried it loads of times.... Still not working.

Not working here either, tried everything. Before the last update I had no fixtures, updated, now I have fixtures but the news feed is broken. Judging by the comments on the App store it is fairly widespread. Annoyed, it used to be a good app.

I spoke to someone from the FL and there will be a bug fix update mate hopefully next week. You can ask for an extra month if you contact them for what you have lost but it requires you to provide them with your UDID number if you wish to do so
