Personally I think Gary Hart and Kerry Mayo have really benefited from it.

Hart is no longer who just runs his hart out but he has some skill as well. Not Ockocha skill but general ability. Such as getting the ball out of his feet and putting in a quality cross.

Kerry's passes have improved a lot to. He can now play center back. Tackle. Pass well. He's a great asset, esp. with his long throw.

I think everyone in the squad will have benefited from playing against better oposition. Agree with Hart and Mayo, Id say Cullip, though always dependable before is strikingly a clas above in this league now.

basically, harty and kerry now know that they can compete at a higher level- they must be confident now that they can perform in this league whereas two years ago div 2 was something of an unknown challenge to them.
