Bought my first ever game for the PC - having heard good things about FM2005.

I foresee many late nights - I reckon it could get quite addictive!

I am manager of Crawley Town, currently 20th in the Conference halfway into my first season.

But I have the division's top-scorer and highest-rated player in 16-goal Danny Marney.

The board is still pleased with me and the fans are happy. Everyone expected a season of struggle - and they've got it! A few good wins, though, have lifted the mood at Broadfield Stadium as morale is good in the dressing room.

I've got money to spend in the transfer market - but so far none of my targets have shown any interest in playing for the mighty Reds!

I thought a few Seaweed might look to enhance their careers in north Sussex - and was snubbed!

Somewhere over there...
Im in my 7th season, started as newcastle but got sacked in my forst season.
Took on Weymouth but only last 6 days as I took the Luton Town job. Played one full season there just missing out on the Playoffs but did knock Arsenal out of the league cup.
Took the Reading job, got them promoted in my first full season via the play-offs (beat West Ham)
In my current season, I signed Bobby Zamora and Jake Robinson. Played Bobby nearly every game but Jakey stayed in reserves.
Got bored of Reading and when offered the Everton job, I took it.
Signed all my good players (including Jake Robinson) from Reading apart from Bobby as I couldn't afford him.
Took Everton from the 4th round of the FA Cup to the final (yet to play) with Jake Robinson scoring a late goal after coming of the bench to finish of WBA getting me to the final.

I got tired of losing all the time with the Albion and am Barcelona now. It's a lot more fun, though Real Madrid are probably going to win the league. They've spent £56million

I'm in my 7th season - and my second season in the prem. Got relegated to league 2 in my first season with the Albion but then got promted again, spent a few seasons in the champ before moving on to the prem. Just stayed up in first season, and now with 1 game to go - i'm second in the prem.

2009 - been manager of 5 teams which (in order ) are-

Brighton , Bristol Rovers , Cardiff ,Reading ,Chesterfield

got Brighton up to 3rd in the Premiership on the first attempt (got sacked for losing 3 games in a row)

took the Bristol Rovers Job

12 days later got Offered the Cardiff job

14 days got offered the Reading Job

was manager of them for 3 2 full seasons and missed out by 1 goal of having a play-off place

relised i done everything i humanly could with Reading , not a hope of taking them up so i went for the Chesterfield job , which i've just started - first task :to build a squad (at the moment got 13 players)

Just been fired by Brighton for struggling in my 6th season in the Championship when I should have been battling at the top.

Taken a job at Aldershot now. They were 15 points adrift at the start of Jan when I came in. Gone 14 games unbeaten now, got the gap to safety down to 5 points now. 10 games left.

Hmm . . . Woking and Leigh RMI have hit form while my CTFC side have had a tough few weeks against top teams.

I'm now bottom! :nono:

But we're dong well in the Trophy and a few home matches against Conference nondescripts are ahead and Danny Marney is still on fire! :clap2:

Falmer, soon...
Eastbourne Boro - Currently 3rd in ECS into second season.

Yemi Obudabe and Scott Ramsay up front.

I play proper LLM rules.

No player search or staff search is allowed, no editing or scout software, all players have to be recommended by scouts or available through the transfer list or job centre.

Nothing to spend. Top earner is on 8k a year.

It's bloody brilliant, but dog bollock hard unless you put the time in.

Wherever The Mood Takes Me
Recently started off with Stenhousemuir. With about 5 games of the season left it became obvious that "The Warriors" would not be making the top 2 in Div3 so when the Grennock Morton job came up I jumped at the chance. Morton at the time were bottom of the 2nd Division and looking doomed but with the squad they had I thought that I could maybe save them. Well, despite an unbeaten run to the end of the season we were relegated. A couple of free transfers and a 1-1 pre-season draw with Newcastle led me to believe that promotion was a real possibility and this belief was echoed by the bookies who made us favourites for the title. Despite the financial side of the club being slightly precarious Morton steamrolled their way to the title losing only 3 league games in the process. The next season was pretty much the same as Morton won the 2nd Division title - albeit a bit closer than the previous championship. This was when the trouble started - the players had performed magnificintly during the season and had understandably drawn interest by a few bigger and richer Scottish & English teams. In the financial state that the club was in we could not offer the players good enough contracts to tempt them to stay. Consequently we started our first season in the 1st Division without 5 of the players who had played major parts in our climb through the divisions. It was at this point that I first seriously looked at my position as Morton manager - could I take this team any further what with all the financial constraints. I decided to keep plugging away but should a job come up with a premier or other 1st Division club then I would apply. It wasnt long before Dundee Utd had had enough of languishing at the bottom of the SPL and sacked their manager. I applied for the job and was appointed a week later. With a half decent team and a bit of financial backup I was able to lift Dundee Utd up to 4th in the SPL...........................That was when my PC fcuked up and I had to reformat!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, did you not want my lifestory?!?!?!?!?! :lolol:
