Brighton. NOT KEMPTOWN!
It's not all ticket, and it's probably too late to make it so. We always take 2,000 ish. It's terracing. We always win. It's not too far. If you've never experienced the atmosphere in the old North Stand at the Goldstone (RIP), this is it.
Flash mobbing involves texting, e-mailing or whatever to contact as many people as possibe to turn up where ever. The people who are contacted contact more and so it snowballs.
If the usual 2,000 contact as many people who may need persuading to go, this should double our usual turn out.
The away end has held 6,000 of us many moons ago for a cup game, so how about it?
So, GO TO PETERBOROUGH, SATURDAY 1st NOVEMBER.

Peterborough is always a quality away game, the atmosphere is great in the away terrace up there.

Really? I thought we pretty much filled it every time?

Incidentally, it can't be a flash mob. A flash mob, by definition, has no purpose. We're going to watch Albion win.

Just phoned the ticket office. Not an all-ticket game as yet. As previously posted, it's getting a bit late to do so now.

you can't flash mob it!

there'll be hundreds of really sad disaffected public scholboy types with nothing better to do, and who know nothing about football standing around gawping and wondering what the hell is going on around them and asking us "so, like, what team are we yah?".

Oh, my mistake, that's Reading.

...and Roedean is just a figment of the imagination then, I presume. Just because you can't handle the beef of the working class Berkshire man doesn't mean you can bring the likes of the Etonians and Henleyensians into it to bring us down to the Sussexian level :p.

Can't remember a non-all ticket game in recent years we've had at Peterborough. Usually fill that one out as its a top day out and a chance to use the "you're Posh, but you're not Royal" chant. You needed Henderson for this game too, he banged in 2 in the last minute a couple of years ago to give us a 2-1 win that we really didn't deserve. His skills are limited to games against Peterborough.

London Road is a top ground. Happy and unhappy memories there, but always memorable ones (if memorable memories makes any sense to anyone). Gibbering now, must stop...

The last time I ever went to a match with my Dad was at Peterboro in 1985. FA Cup game where the pitch had to be swept beforehand to get rid of the snow and the players were skidding around all over the place.

I vaguely remember Steve Jacobs in our 'lucky' red shirts getting a goal at our end and the Albion fans going disco bonkers mental.

Always special memories for me whenever I go there

RIP Dad

Classic. Was my first away match as an Albion fan back in 1986, travelled up in a clapped out train with a bunch of meathead looking Albion fans, never seen such an atmosphere, walking up over those prefab footbridges at Peterborough station chanting that we were going to Wembley, and our undying love for Palace (only joking), Digweed bringing down their forward in the first minute, then the ball bobbling off a lump of snow and over him. Missed the Albion equalisers as there were several six footers in front of me, but still went mental all the same. Anyone else got any memories of that game?

My memories are very, very similar to WHS above. It was also one of my first away games and we went on the 'Seagull Special' train which seemed to take forever. Everyone was given a free red scarf as we were wearing our lucky red kit.

We went 1-0 down - as described - the ball hit a lump of snow or ice on the pitch and flew over Digweed. We got an equaliser and beat them in the replay.

Looking forward to the trip up there again in a few weeks but am kinda expecting us to lose - we've had such a good run up there over the past few years it has to end some time...

What fantastic memories.

That was my first ever away game too. First and last time on the supporters coach too.

I remember Steve Jacobs goal. We were crammed like Sardines into their stand and we almost lifted the roof off that stand!

I remember Justin Fashanu was playing for us too.

Remember it well. How did that game ever go ahead? Didn't three of the goals come in the last ten minutes? The replay at the Goldstone has to be the coldest night I've ever watched a game of football. As I'd recently returned from Australia, I sure noticed it!

This is the first Peterboro away game i can't make for years and truely gutted. For anyone out there that doesn't usually go to away games then this is an absolute must for you. The atmosphere is truely some of the most spine tingling i've experienced.

Will never forget two seasons ago when we were playing ok, but the away was packed and you could hardly move your arms to clap. Bobby Z pops up to plant the only goal of the game in the onion bag and the away stand erupted. Truely amazing scenes! God i'm going to miss this one so much.
