This is my last comment on this subject, its obviously pissing people off because everyone keeps going on about it, so I'm going to make this my last post on the subject

Pro evo as you might expect is amazing, the news for brighton fans who want stripes is there are no stripes in the editor but there are similar stuff like half blue and half white, kinda like Blackburn or Brizzle rovers but you can be Juventus and change the white and black to white and blue. Its so fluid, and it does the little things so well. The way Rio shepards a striker away from goal or Gerrard sprays a pass out wide and the way Campbell wins almost everything in the air. When two players run to catch a bouncing ball it might go over both of them. The way a defender helplessly peddles back as the cross has gone over him and the way goal mouth scrambles get you so excited like its for real. The way in which the strikers get caught just off side or play it perfectly. The fact that when the opposing team is losing they throw everything at you. The way Gary Neville bundles Gerrard over and then mouths him as if hes dived. Its the small things that make this game great. Then of course theres the movement, the passes, the pace. Most of the teams have the normal names, most of the players have normal names. The graphics are great but there are still a few teams that are not the real names (Man Red for example).

As for FIFA well in my opinion this is the best in the series, its fluid, the first touch is great and the graphics are outta this world.

In my opinion for for Pro evo, but if you are concerned about names and graphics go for FIFA.

End!

We've been through this.

You can't edit the colours of licensed teams like Juve AT ALL.

You can't change the colours of a non-licensed team to blue and white stripes because it defaults to an all-white kit when you edit, and stripes are not in the options.

Oh, and you forgot to mention the sllllloooowwwwwddddooowwwnnnn at the corners.

Sorry mate, this conversation has been going round and round for a few days.

You can't change licensed teams (like Depor) AT ALL.

You could change the name of, say, Porto but they play in dark blue stipes of course.

AFAIK, no team in the game plays in our colours although, as someone has pointed out, Classic Argentina might be in there.

Okay, I've just unlocked classic Argentina and they have proper light blue and white stripes... but dark blue shorts.

Of the editable club teams, the following have the closest colours to the Albion...

Man City (Man Blue) - two-tone light blue shirt, white shorts

Nextbaumedge (WBA) - dark blue and white stripes, white shorts

Porto - royal blue and white stripes, blue shorts

PES United - as above, but darker blue

If you want to play with 100% accurate teams, players etc, buy one of these: http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=stts3&page=title&r=PS2&title=167036

And download the update from here: http://www.pesfan.com/bulletin/home.php

Hopefully someone will do a hack and add Albion at some point.

I copied and loaded an update disk on PES3 which had all the proper team names and players - once its saved onto the options file of your memory card you have all the authentic team names etc straight away (rather than laboriously ploughing through and doing it all in the edit mode).

Hopefully something similar will come out for PES4, and who knows, now that we are a CHAMPIONSHIP team, maybe the Albion will be included...Leeds will be in it, and we're currently superior to them, so why not.

wrexhamgnasher cheers, i will take that as the final word myself.I don't even feel the need to see what FIFA is like.

Finally a report that highlights the things i want to hear about.

I need to put in some serious private time on the training pitch. This game has the ability to expose a persons character.Men from boys time.
