some of my my first managerial tasks wood be:

showing the door to Watson, Mayoo, Oatway for starters

extra training for the keeper on how to find a stripped shirt sumwear on the pitch other than straight down the middle surrounded by giants and outnumbered

Carpenter shown how to take a corner with accuracy

anyone showing decent or less than 100% contract ripped up

a 2 year contrcat with option to extend for Jake Robinson

cullip to rot in the reserves unless he signs a declaration of 100% commitment to the club and plays as such

extra training on short simple passing - triangle, movement off the ball, set pieces, corners, effective movement off the ball, defending as a unit first man, zone defending and working an offside trap as effective as the best in the premiership

a pay vut all round until earned with satisfactory performances

future contrcats based more on performance results and league status
