I bought a jar of mayo from a local shop about 5 weeks ago and it has since turned a bit green. I refrigerate and the sell-by-date is 2010 so i am a bit puzzled. Of course, i scraped away the layer of nascent bird-hair and worked on the seemingly unfungused mulch beneath. Tasty, mayo, i find.
