I feel privileged to have Hove beach so close to home, and will often take the quick option.
Or else I tend to alternate National Trust/Ditching Beacon etc.

What are your favourite days out in Sussex?

A bit off piste, but dog walking when the tide is right out on Worthing beach (outside the non dog area of course in the Summer). Absolutely stunning and a shame I only got into it three years ago and…

Seaford Head walks (with the clubs…)

If you have young children, then a season ticket at Drusilla's is the best investment you can make. These days Mrs Wz and myself are experts on cafes throughout the county
