One of my favourite areas of Brighton is the Seven Dials. I like the fact that it is close enough to stroll into town but out enough to have a community feel to it. I like the mix of pubs - modern such as Tin Drum and traditional such as The Prestonville. There is a good mix of restaurants such as Red Snapper and Murasaki and it is close to St Annes Well Gardens (despite it being full of modern parents!).

What are your favourite areas and why?

For the View - Top of Bear Road, looking back over towards Worthing, you can see everything of Brighton, and sometimes on a good clear day you can see Isle of Wight in the background

My favourite place of all is Gemini's bar on the seafront, love it. Great atmosphere, on the beach front, Caribbean food, and in the evening you get to see the sunset over the West Pier, and if you are lucky you get the Starlings showing off too, all this whilst chilling listening to the live band.
I was there on Saturday doing just that whilst sat in a double deck chair with a jug of pimms thinking this is exactly why Brighton is the only place to be!!

Hanover/Queens Park of course.

Pubs, pubs and more wicked pubs plus the best park in town.

the cafe just to the right of the king alfred on the beach

Sunday afternoon.....sitting with a cup of their filtered coffee with the Mrs....staring out to sea...discussing life and stuff....sun beating down.....just perfect

Having lived all over England, I think you cannot beat Brighton/Hove.

The view from a sunny Woodingdean is lovely.

However, for some reason a sunny day on Preston Park does it for me.

I like Devils Dyke, to the South you have Brighton and Hove, the sea and on a clear day IoW.

To the North you can see all of Mid Sussex all the way to the North Downs.

Absaloutely, I was thinking more of in town butt there are many, many amazing sights to be seen in the Sussex countryside.

Seaford
Yes, I have just moved to that side of town and am finding it most agreeable indeed!

Had a look at 3 houses in Hannover before deciding on renting one in five ways. Nice pubs but it was too densely populated for my liking, loads of terraced houses crammed into tiny roads packed full of cars.

Can't be beaten for pubs though!

The best place in Brighton is the seafront at the crack of dawn. Barely a soul to be seen and a serene calm spread across the whole of the front, with just a smattering of people jogging or the beach cleaners warming up.

Yes, it is a bit packed. I live a little further up towards Queens Park. I often stroll down to Southover though for a libation or ten.
