"Well, I'm afraid the take-aways will have to go ..." - cut to clip of Morgan Spurlock - "Burgers taste great, but aren't very good for you ..."

No shit, Sherlock. Still, it's better than Eastenders and My Family.

Yes, I get your point.

I found out that:

Salad is good for you.
Burgers are bad.
Avoid snacking on crisps and chocolate.
Take regular excercise.

Ground-breaking stuff.

I find it very boring, but liked some of the names of the people on it - Maggie Biggar wanted to get smaller, Somebody Walker talked about exercising, and there was a Doctor Super on.

I can't believe that my g/f and son ordered a pizza despite eating dinner three hours ago, and are tucking into it whilst watching this prog. They're not overweight but that does seem a tad ironic.

My kids and I watched that "You are what you eat" programme a few weeks back, where they spread out on a table all the lasagnes and pizzas and stuff that the family ate in a week.

Even though we'd had tea, we were starving by the end of it and had to make some chips.
