Falmer - West Stand Lower Zone E

Why is there only an adult price for these tickets - £595.00 - is there no senior concessions?
Also, the leaflet states that the "West stand lower tier has a higher price point but will provide a totally different match day experience" - what does this mean?

It is felt these are the best seats in the stadium, and therefore the board took the decision not offer concessions here. They are on par with 1901 Club seats, but without the lounge/hospitality access - and of course 1901 Club seats do not offer a concession.
