If this is a reference to Adenstar (Chapmans company) it wont be them as Martin Perry has made reference to the 3 tender companies as having experience of building football stadia. To my knowledge they havnt built any.

On NSC for over two decades...
This is the important bit:

"One big step forward is that we have begun the process of selecting the contractor who will build the stadium. We advertised the opportunity in the construction press and as a result received a large number of expressions of interest from companies.

"We shortlisted firms based on their experience of stadium building and have now advised three companies that they have been selected to tender for the work."

I would have thought the important bit is how the bank loans are going to be serviced, via anticipated gate income plus additional investment. But that isn't mentioned.

And how easy the bank loan is to going to be to get now, given the credit crunch and current lending climate, and whether the interest rate we will now be faced with if we can get the finance is a serious problem or not for the club ???
