'ove actually
I'm not very good with geography etc. so I was hoping if someone could mark on this map (or another) the boundary of Brighton and Lewes and the stadium site.

Thanks

The bit to the right is gonna be a huge car park - I am sure the Falmer Nimby's won't mind.

The Brighton-Lewes boundry is presumably marked by the black dash/dot line running through the middle. im not sure its right though as i thought the boundry was on the B2123 road and it also indicates a couple of the Sussex uni buildings being in Lewes district... ???

The City boundary is the the dash/dot line on the map. The stadium is wholly within the city. The coach park & park & ride terminus (it's not a car park) and the eastern end of the approach road are in Lewes District / Falmer Parish.

Quite a few Sussex University buildings are in Lewes District. Some of the farmland in Lewes District is owned by the City Council and rented out to tenant farmers.

Yorkie, thanks for posting that.

One question - why does the coach park and park ride terminus spill across the council boundary into bandit country when it would appear that there is more or less the same space available inside the border by infilling the triangles of land to the east and north of the stadium up to the boundary?

No doubt Lord B can explain, but why not let the buggers have their field, or am I missing some cunning plan...?
