This is hilarious from Cesc just goes to show that even in Monaco where a decent 2 bed 1000 sq ft apartment in a modern development with sea views and a large terrace / balcony costs at least £8 million , people are getting jumpy . Plenty of gobby young people in Monaco, just rich ones !
