Change doesn't have to involve Potter leaving, but it can involve him changing his own philosophy to ensure we get results rather than patting himself on the back for getting players playing a certain way.

His job is too get results, that should be done any way possible.

I still would like to see this squad with Andone leading the line.

Don’t see it happening Would be stupid to make / leave a place in the squad for a player imho
Whose return is mooted as March at the earliest And with the ACL / MCL type injury he s had
You can never tell how much an overall impact it can have on their chances of being the player they were Pre injury
And that’s before you consider the baggage that goes with him

I've no idea what an ELO rating is, something to do with Mr Blue sky thinking?

I agree re scrapping mid table, that's where we should be.

jimhigham have you never read my ELO Rating thread?

GP is edging ever closer to Mike Bailey's highest ever ranking and looks to be heading the same way in the popularity stakes.

Personally I look at our squad and feel we should be sitting amongst the likes of Newcastle, Palace, Leeds, Aston Villa. Comfortably mid table and progeessing. My expectations are higher than scrapping it out with Fulham for survival this season.
