Euro miliions popup banner.

Putting aside the fact most, if not all lotteries are little more than an optional tax on poorly educated working class morons, I find myself today confronted by a banner at the top of NSC that triggers a popup to cover my menu buttons. I then notice this, (below) and thought surely no multi-billion pound industry would be sloppy enough to allow this to be published, which in turn led to me wondering if this was infact a scam of a scam?

You'd only get an ad that size if you weren't logged into NSC.

Ads for registered and logged in users are far less intrusive.
