This usually arrives with the ST...seems a bit of a waste of postage

Could someone tell me why it doesn't come with the season ticket and how can I get it?

I got mine for £440 last year.
It came with a free season ticket.

Why don't the club sell these as standalone DVDs as well? Any ideas?
