Is he fit enough yet?

Probably for the bench but not 90 mins the unfortunate things is a defender could get injured very early on and he would have to play virtually 90mins but I cannot think of another person to fill the bill unless Reyes is fit and replaces Calderon or Vincelot.

I suppose with a starting back four of Calderon/Vincelot/Greer/Dunk we don't have a of options but it would be a massive gamble at this stage of his recovery.

I remember this happened in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy a few years back on a cold December night away at Shrewsbury. Hawkins went off injured after 10 minutes and Hinshelwood had to play 80 minutes, having not played a game for over 18 months. He did quite well that night, as I remember. Nevertheless, it is a worry that the same could happen Tuesday, leaving El Abd to play for longer than his match fitness may allow.

Perhaps not as according to the Argus Reyes/jara will be ready to start Saturday spo would he be able to be pon the bench on Tuesday. I know that it loses a sub but why not El Abd and Reyes and if needed early on play one for a time and then sub him for the other, if needed.

My eye keeps glancing over this title and I keep thinking it's about a luncheon.

We need him to get some match practise as Greer & Calderon are nearing 5 yellows and a match ban.

He has travelled with the squad - we know this because Casper Ankergren has posted a photo of him sleeping on the team bus on twitter.
