Hello,

Before the Villereal game I put £20 ecash on my card, got a mail receipt and my bank account was debited.

Tried to us it at the game and the till operator said sorry but there was no money on the card. My ecash account says there is £20 on it so what should I do ?

By using your smartcard to buy food and drink within the stadium you can earn a degree of cashback - and queuing time is significantly reduced. If you've not done it before, here is how you do it:

1. Visit the online Seagulls e-cash page via the fan tab at www.seagulls.co.uk
2. Log in using your unique fan number, card number and password
3. Click top up in the My Details section, and follow the on-screen instructions

Once Seagulls e-cash is loaded, you are ready to go and use your card to pay for food, drink and in the stores!

NB: After topping up your card (over the counter or online) you will need to activate the cash by holding your card on one of the smart card readers for approximately 15 seconds.
