I never advertise refunds. Doesn't mean I'm not legit - I do it to protect myself from being mugged off.

How many ratings has he had?

If you've won the auction you should pay, really. You shouldn't have bid if you weren't sure.

Just won a bid for an ipod for £27 is that worth trusting plus the member has 97.5% good feedback?

You should have checked it out and satisfied yourself you were happy to buy before bidding...surely ? Bad ebayer if you're considering pulling out now you've won the thing.

You should have done your checking etc before you bid. As you won the item, you pay for it and await delivery. There's a process if not as described. Don't start quibbling now or you'll screw your own rating. Just pay now and don't mess the seller around.

If you receive the item, and it's not as described, then in my experience, ebay are pretty good at resolving these kind of issues. £27 isn't a huge sum of money to lose if the worst came to the worst, but I would certainly buy with confidence that I'll either get a fully functioning product, or my money back.

Indeed - sensible advice. You're best off asking all the questions you might have BEFORE you bid, not after you've won.
