Patrick is also rumoured to get hitched but the lucky lady will not be Yolande.

Mark will finally pop his clogs in 2004 and his will be one of the grandest funerals the square has ever seen.
Other (so far mostly unconfirmed) deaths are said to include most of the Ferreria's. Supposedly killed off in a revenge arson attack by the evil Gavin.

Nana Moon - quietly in her sleep.
Barry - of course.
Kelly - car crash
Andy - wiped out in a gangland shoot out.
Tariq - killed in a fire - unknown whether at Angie's Den or Ferreria's
arson attack.
Divorces
Laura and Ian ( Laura will be leaving EE in 2004).
Returners
Peggy will return with Grant to sort out Phil's business affairs.
Michelle and Kathy return for Mark's funeral - Michelle stays on for Martin's wedding but she will NOT be played by Susan Tully. Well not unless Susan has a last minute change of mind as casting for the new Michelle starts after Christmas.
Nigel returns to support Dot after Jim's death, he is also part owner of the snooker hall and sells his share to Grant.
