Dreadful. 43 people trapped/dead within that building under construction. They don't tend to suffer with earthquakes so buildings and other infrastructure not designed to take those effects into account.
Was there (Bangkok) last month and saw some of the places which were affected by the earthquake, looking at the news. Very sad.
EDIT: think the numbers are now 80-90 in that building. More footage emerging of the destruction, including one very tall crane on another building crashing down onto the street below.
