Dwayne is a soap opera character

Now I happen to think Dwayne is a total arsehole. From time to time I hang out here for periods of a few weeks and Dwayne has to be the person who manages to most get on my tits.
What has just struck me is how much like an Eastenders character he is.
Take Phil Mitchell for example. Sometimes he's a reasonable compassionate kind of guy and then for no discernable reason next episode he's turned back into a dribbling psychopath.
This same thing happens with Dwayne. For a short period he'll post rational interesting messages but all too soon he reverts to type and it's back to the delusional stuff with the insults and the morbid self pity.
I can only conclude that therefore Dwayne is really a team of reject BBC scriptwriters holed up somewhere in Hammersmith.

I was going to retire my Dwayne alias soon anyway. I think the character has been getting a bit samey recently - and obviously too far fetched. I don't think anyone believes such a twat could exist in real life!
