We lost today pure and simply because of Dunk's Sunday league attempt at controlling Bruno's pass and then scything down the Palarse player. The game was over there and then.

His reaction after making the foul was schoolboy - he was practically inviting the referee (who was a twat) to send him off. Unprofessional.

Honestly can't understand it; it was SO bad. Last time I witnessed such appalling play was when he juggled the ball before volleying it into our own net at Anfield.

Dunk is not up to it at the moment, simple as. Hope he comes good in time but currently not good enough.

Utterly shit from Dunk today, looked off it from the start and has cost us the game however he will learn from it and grow into a better player. Still no excuse for the other 10 players to play so poorly for the remaining 82 minutes!

Think the red card was harsh in my opinion. It spoiled the whole match for us. Murray plainly dived for the penalty.

Don't blame Lewes Dunk, why did we have no defensive cover on the bench? He's been decent in most games so far this season and must be one of the youngest regular defenders in the league. It was an unfortunate touch but shit happens and maybe we shouldn't be playing it around at the back if the defenders aren't technically capable enough (again, Gus' problem).

Really shame El Abd wasn't fit. Dunk isn't ready yet. He WILL be a very good player in time, but he's not in the same League as Adam right now.

Game was finally over when CMS missed the chance at about 6 minutes into the second half.

its a good link to make. its unfair to say he's not up to this level when he's done well in his other 40 games. so its probably fair to say he has a problem handling high pressure. but then he's still 21... you'll struggle to find another 21 year CB with as many games under their belt let alone one thats made so few mistakes. i'm sure he's kicking himself enough tonight.

My advise to Dunk is, if your going to get sent off early in a derby game...MAKE IT f***ing WORTHWHILE AND HURT HIM...BADLY

That is the whole point that her hasn't and people are blinded by the fact the he is young and use that as an excuse for everything. He cannot head a ball, cannot tackle and his distribution is 2nd rate so what does he have in his favour at the moment, one day he may well have the making of a good player but not at the moment to warrant a place other than as cover. Watching his performances this season he is a red card waiting to happen and I am surprised he has gone so long before getting one..

He's been decent in the past few games. One mistake and people are calling for his head. Bit of perspective please.
