An anti-inflammatory. Does the same job for muscles, sports injuries etc as ibruprofen but much stronger.
I am just getting better from sciatica.

I can join you. I've drunk alcohol and smoked cigarette tobacco and that is it. I suppose some people would regard those as drugs.
