Downes: Bees are buzzing
Wally Downes admits confidence is high in the Brentford camp following his side's crushing 4-0 win against table-topping Brighton on Tuesday.
Stephen Hunt scored twice from the penalty spot, Jay Tabb continued his recent run of goalscoring form and Ben May was also on target as the Bees romped at Griffin Park.
Downes said: "Confidence gets you playing well, and when you're playing well you're confident - it's just getting the first bit going then the rest follows.
"There's no great secret to it, it's just a matter of when it's not going well, plugging away and keep on telling them the right things.
"It turns for you, as long as you are consistent in what you do, and what you say to them
