It's 10% off if you show your season ticket card.

Just don't expect too much. It's usually so busy in there and the service feels a little rushed. The food is okay but nothing special.

Food's not bad, but you tend to get metal staples in your salad..... I kid you not!
Mind you, when the manager saw what I'd found in my food, we did get the bill cleared. Haven't been in there since, though.

As above, 10% discount applied for season ticket holders.

Went last saturday night after a day full of drinking. I thought it was bloody brilliant and reasonable.

Last time I went we had booked in advance as there were about 12 of us, including 2 heavily pregnant women. We arrived at the time we had booked for, were ushered into the bar to wait for our table. There was nowhere to sit and we had to wait 25 minutes.
When we did get shown to our table, no-one took a drinks order for about 10 minutes. Then when the food arrived we had to ask for cutlery as there wasn't any on the table. The food was distinctly average. I wrote to the manager to complain and the response was 'What do you expect on a busy Saturday night'? All I wanted was some acknowledgement of the situation and a 'Sorry'.
In my mind, they've just tried to expand as much as they can, and the service and food have suffered for it. I haven't been back.

I would recommend Piccolo at the end of Union Street, or Picasso's in Ship Street. Both much better. If you want really good, try Orsino in Hove.

I like it there too. It's cheap and cheerful. I do prefer prezzo though! Find you get better quality food there.

bit harsh - there is loads of places worse in my opinion. Food is cheap and its not pretending to be anything else.
I think if you wannt a very affordable meal it is worth a visit. Portion sizes are massive as well.

Fifteen years ago I took my ex-wife there for a pre-cinema meal and paid full whack; fifteen years later I took an old tramp chick off the street in there and they let me have a 2 for 1.
I guess I must have aged since then and took pity. Nevertheless, her gold card was accepted.
